I SET MYSELF FREE
HERE & NOW, at the end of the Piscean Age
we are aware once again how much ballast we carry with us, which endangers our health.
We cannot and do not want to take it with us to the New Earth.
It hinders our expansion of consciousness.
This great transformation for the New Earth is a self-responsibly designed cleansing and liberation act, through which we recognize who we always ARE.
How does this work out in detail?

I set myself free
- of everything that hinders my physical body
- of mucus and metabolic residues
- of hyperacidity and calcification of the arteries
- of environmental food toxins
- of poisons from medical treatment
- of deposits in the organs
- of encapsulated pathogens
- of fungi, parasites, bacteria, viruses
and their various excrements
- of everything that sickens my body

I set myself free
- of meaningless activity and hectic
- of actions born from fear
- of excessive caution
- of too little trust
- of the belief that I am small and insignificant
and that I am not worthy to be loved
- of the conceit that I have to do everything alone
- of the assumption that I have to help everybody
- of the belief that life is a constant struggle,
that I have to live in scarcity
and that I receive nothing as a present
- of the conceit that I know everything better
- of the fear of the new, the unknown

I set myself free
- of acquired patterns and automatisms
- of blinkers that limit my view
- of conceptions and prejudices
- of our cultivated conscience
- of fear and inferiority complexes
- of the usual biases and evaluations
- of self-overestimation
- of self-criticism
- of blindness towards myself
- of pain I inflict on myself
- of traumas from this and other lives

I set myself free
- of the conventions of society
- of alleged obligations and constraints
- of condemnations through others
- of the imagination of being guilty
and the harmful fear of punishment
- of the automatic compulsion to obey laws
- of the acquired views from others
- of all, that is expected of me
- of the influence of criticism on my actions
- of the emotional dependence on others
- of the world view in which I was brought up
- of my detrimental religious beliefs

I set myself free
- because I take my life into my own hands NOW
- because I rely on personal responsibility
- because I am only accountable to myself
- because I listen to the signals of my body
- because I send clear signals to the environment
- because I perceive my feelings
- because I explore my constitution
- because I correctly assess my abilities
- because I put my talents into practice
- because I listen to my intuition
- because I follow my life plan

I live independently and self-responsibly
- because this guarantees optimal results
- because it encourages my fellow human beings
- because it is uplifting for the human community
- because individual own solutions train creativity
- because independent success inspires, encourages and strengthens
- because this brings joy and fulfillment
- because intuitive creative actions make me happy
- because I alone know what suits me in every situation
- because I trust my intuition

And so we grasp ourselves as SOUL

I have a body,

it can be young or old,

feel healthy or sick,

appear beautiful or ugly,

act strong or weak.

But I am not this body

Its so-called qualities are just names.

I have sense impressions,

these can be sensed as

hot or cold,

dry or moist,

hard or soft,

loud or gentle,

dark or light.

These sensations come and go.

But I am not these sensations.

Their so-called qualities are just names.

I have feelings,

these can be perceived as

pleasant or unpleasant,

uplifting or disturbing,

soothing or upsetting,

familiar or frightening.

Feelings and moods come and go

But I am not these feelings.

Their so-called qualities are just names.

I have thoughts,

these can be called constructive or destructive,

analyzing or synthesizing,

creative or reproductive.

They can act uplifting or discouraging,

and cause joy or sadness.

Thoughts come and go.

But I am not these thoughts.

Their so-called qualities are just names.

WHO AM I?

I am that which always is:

the untouched observer of the physical body,

the sensations, the feelings, the thoughts.

I am the HIGHER SELF, the SPARK of GOD, the immortal SOUL.

I speak through the INTUITION to my PERSONALITY,

the synthesis of acting, sensing, feeling, thinking.

My personality plays here on earth in many simultaneous incarnations in different worlds of perception many different roles, depending on what I as individual SOUL want to experience as well as grasp. Thereby all roles are equally important and valuable to me. I want to grasp many things and do not let myself be constricted by the evaluations of different cultures, especially the religions.

For each role I choose for MYSELF different characters, costumes, masks, partners, countries, etc.
